Purpose of the Simple Solution! Transformation Center: to learn, improve, experience, and live a well-balanced quality of life and help others to be mindful, proactive self-caretakers.
Raman K. Pathik is an Author and Mentor specializing in helping individuals overcome anxiety and develop self-sufficiency through mindfulness and unconditional self-compassion. With a unique background growing up in a Gandhi-inspired Ashram community in India, Raman believes in simplicity, self-sufficiency, and a non-violent lifestyle. His purpose in mentoring teenagers and young adults is to enable them to develop their own skills, strategies, and capabilities, empowering them to tackle life’s hurdles more effectively. Raman’s own journey of overcoming traumatic events and transforming from a reactive person to a proactive one has equipped him with the knowledge and experience to guide others on their path to a healthier, happier, and more loving life. By teaching individuals how to shift from anxiety breathing to baby breathing, Raman helps them enter a peace zone where they can teach themselves anything new and live each day with love. Through his transformative mentoring, Raman aims to contribute to a society filled with healthy, happy, and loving individuals.

“BABY BREATH” THE SIMPLE SOLUTION! TRANSFORMATION PROCESS TO COMBAT OUR CHALLENGES:
He turned 76 this last year. He says it was nothing less than a massive and rather painful wake-up call. As he quietly reflected on his life to date, he was filled with sadness and anxiety about all the life he had not yet lived and all the years wasted due to his tendency always to look back instead of forward. At the same time, he had also finally realized that what he had been experiencing for so many years were symptoms of complex trauma because of his early childhood deprivations. These two huge realizations coalesced in him and gave him a renewed sense of determination to finally pursue the life he was meant to be living.
In his The Simple Solution! book on trauma, ‘The Body Keeps the Score, “Being traumatized is not just an issue of being stuck in the past; it is just as much a problem of not being fully alive in the present.” This hit the nail on the head and consolidated his turning point. He made U-TURN three times in his three stages of life. He discovered “The Simple Solution!” for his significant personal and world challenges of life:

- Education: (Love of learning vs Fear of learning) Level of Self-Compassion, Contentment.

He says: MINDFULNESS: Is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us, without making any interpretation and judgements.
