The School We Never Had…

What school did you use to create your outer mind toolbox? Young people devote much of their lives to schoolwork yet are never taught some of life’s most important lessons. Isn’t it a bit odd that we all went from math to science to history to language but somehow missed the class on how to live? Our schools do not teach children the social skills for dealing with other people, the world’s problems, caring and sharing, being self-sufficient, non-violent, non-judgmental, or enjoying the simple pleasures of being healthy, happy, and loving human beings. I have wondered about this myself.

It is up to everyone to figure that out on their own. That is what THE SIMPLE SOLUTION is all about. What tools are in your treasure chest/toolbox of skills if your curriculum was lacking in the science and art of Knowledge, Breath, Simplicity, and Environment? How can you manifest the experience of your basic human rights to be healthy, happy, and loving if you haven’t been taught? We all must learn to be human again. This is the Experience of The Simple Solution!

WHO NEEDS TO MAKE A YOU-TURN?

Our children or young adults who are struggling with anxiety and feel trapped in a constant state of fear and negativity. They have difficulty visualizing a positive future for themselves and rely on others to care for their well-being. They experience generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and are unable to teach themselves anything new or take control of their own life due to the noise and chaos in their mind. Our mentoring will help them make a transformational shift in their mindset and approach to life. By the end of our mentoring course, they will experience a “YOU-TURN” and learn to open their own gifts and choose their own path. They will rebuild a foundation of self-compassion, wisdom, and joy that allows them to live each day with love and peace. They will develop a sense of self-sufficiency and unconditional self-compassion, becoming proactive in taking responsibility for their own health and happiness. With a positive outlook, they will be able to visualize a destination for their life’s journey and embrace a life of self-improvement and personal growth. This program will delve into your qualities, fears, desires, pain points, and roadblocks. Understanding these aspects will allow us to effectively mentor and support you on your journey to overcoming anxiety, cultivating mindfulness, and achieving personal growth and development.

The Process of Breathing

The breathing process works like a bicycle tire pump. You pull up to empty the Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and other toxins; you push down to fill or “breathe in” air with Oxygen (O2). Therefore, the pressure pulls and pushes air throughout the whole body. Inhaling and exhaling air provides O2 to all parts of the body and is required to support and sustain life.

Baby Breathing Benefits – Blood Flow

Baby breathing, one of the key techniques for living a happier, healthier life in “The Simple Solution!,” is essential for core strength and for the body’s three vital functions: creating, sustaining, and reproducing life. One of those crucial functions is blood flow.

Blood carries essential biological ingredients to trillions of cells, supplying oxygen to tissue.

 

The Art of the Breath

This is the environment in which the baby first learns to breathe. It is natural, calm, serene, and filled with safety and security. As long as the mother is healthy and breathing in enough oxygen to sustain them both and release all the Carbon Dioxide and toxins from both bodies, this is a beautiful way to learn The Art of Breathing!

Raman Pathik is an Author and Mentor who specializes in helping individuals overcome anxiety and develop self-sufficiency through mindfulness and unconditional self-compassion. With a unique background growing up in a Gandhi-inspired Ashram community in India, Raman believes in simplicity, self-sufficiency, and a non-violent lifestyle. His purpose in mentoring teenagers and young adults is to enable them to develop their own skills, strategies, and capabilities, empowering them to tackle life’s hurdles more effectively. Raman’s own journey of overcoming traumatic events and transforming from a reactive person to a proactive one has equipped him with the knowledge and experience to guide others on their path to a healthier, happier, and more loving life. By teaching individuals how to shift from anxiety to baby breathing, Raman helps them enter a peace zone where they can teach themselves anything new and live each day lovingly. Through his transformative mentoring, Raman aims to contribute to a society filled with healthy, happy, and loving individuals.
