About the Author

As a child, he lived in a Gandhi-inspired Ashram in India. Coming to the United States he experienced stressful society. Now as an applied knowledge expert in quality of life and transformation he says, “If you are not healthy, happy, and loving, it’s time to take a U-turn back to your true purpose.
